Order Placement & Confirmation
When you place an order:
- 1You receive an automated order acknowledgment email (this is not acceptance)
- 2We review the order for stock availability and payment verification
- 3If accepted, we send an order confirmation email within 24 hours
- 4Only upon receiving confirmation is the contract formed between us

Delivery Terms
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delivery Charges: Free delivery for orders over Ksh 5,000. Standard delivery charge of Ksh 500 applies for orders below this threshold.
Delivery Areas: We deliver nationwide. Remote areas may incur additional delivery charges or extended delivery times.
Customer Responsibilities:
- • Provide accurate and complete delivery address
- • Ensure someone is available to receive delivery
- • Inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage immediately
- • Provide a valid contact number for delivery coordination

Cancellation Policy
Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before processing begins (usually within 1 hour of placement).
After Processing: Once order processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately.
Refunds: Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Tax Invoice
A valid tax invoice will be provided with your delivery containing:
- • Our business name and VAT registration number
- • Your name and delivery address
- • Description and quantity of goods
- • Total amount including VAT
- • Date of supply
